National Games
National games represent nation’s identitya and culture. A national game is considered to be an essential part of the culture of a nation. Each nation has its own national game.
Indian government launched school level games (Khelo India) in 2017-18, to make world-class athletes and giving chances to young boys and girls to show their talent and it is telecasted on the National TV.
Getting the exposure like a pro athelets the young school children getting motivation. And making India proud in different World championships. Manu Baker is the one Khelo India’s gem who begged lots of gold medals in world shooting competitions.
India got lots of good players by this Khelo India campaign. Government of India is organizing this sport event every year.
The aim of organizing the different games or sports time to time, is maintain or develop physical abilities and improving the skills of athletes but in some situation the aim of organizing games is to entertain the audience like in India IPL, Pro-Kabaddi, ISL league games.
But the ultimate goal of games or sports is to make nation proud in different world level championships and tournaments like FIFA world cup, hockey tournaments, cycling championships, Olympic games etc.
